John P. A. Budreski kommt zu EnWave mit über 30 Jahren umfassender Kapitalmarkt- und Managementerfahrung. Herr Budreski verfügt über eine berufliche Vergangenheit in der Förderung und Beschleunigung von Unternehmen sowie über greifbare technische Erfahrung.

Er war von 2009 bis 2012 stellvertretender Vorsitzender von Cormark Securities Inc. und von 2005 bis 2007 Präsident und CEO von Orion Securities Inc. vor dessen erfolgreichem Verkauf an die Macquarie Bank. Von März 1998 bis Februar 2005 war er als Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets und Head of Investment Banking bei Scotia Capital Inc. tätig. Nachdem er als Managing Director der US Institutional Equity Group für Scotia Capital begonnen hatte, bekleidete er auch leitende Funktionen im Investmentbanking sowie im Aktienverkauf und -handel für RBC Dominion Securities.

John Budreski ist derzeit Direktor von Sandstorm Gold Ltd. und Nulegacy Gold Corporation. Außerdem ist er Executive Chairman von Morien Resources Corp.

Brent Charleton, CFA is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience leading through periods of growth and transformation.

Currently serving as the CEO of EnWave Corporation, he is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction, overseeing its operations and stewarding financial management.

At EnWave, Brent has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth by expanding its technology offerings and increasing its global footprint. He has led the company’s efforts to secure major royalty partnerships and commercial collaborations with industry leaders in food, pharmaceuticals, and cannabis.

Dylan Murray is a Chartered Professional Accountant and began his career with Ernst & Young. He has over ten years of progressive financial leadership with diversified experience in the real estate and cannabis industries, working in both public and private companies.

Dylan has extensive financial experience in the areas of financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, financial operations, capital markets, risk management, and transaction advisory services.

Dr. Zhang is a seasoned R&D professional and well respected academic with 20 co-authored research papers and patents.

His educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Seafood Processing from Ocean University of China, a Master’s Degree in Food Microbiology from the University of Manitoba and a PhD in Food Nutrition and Health (FNH) from the University of British Columbia.

Dr. Zhang co-developed the microencapsulation method for enzymes using REV™ technology during his PhD studies.

Mehmet Sucu is a registered Professional Engineer with EGBC. He has been with EnWave since 2011. During the time, he was holding various positions, currently leading the Electrical Engineering group as VP Electrical Engineering.

Before joining EnWave, Mehmet was in academia involving in various research and teaching activities. He has been published about 10 papers as a co-author on various journals and conferences.

Mehmet has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Education from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. And also MASc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, Canada.

Danna Dunnage is an accomplished business executive, and people-first leader renowned for her strategic vision and dynamic leadership, Danna began her sales career with Gordon Food Service where she progressed through multiple sales roles, becoming president of the British Columbia division. With extensive experience the food industry and in driving sales growth, Danna excels in identifying market opportunities and fostering key partnerships. Committed to excellence, Danna’s leadership is marked by her ability to inspire teams, build deep client relationships, and achieve outstanding results. Her dedication to business development and her passion for fostering connections make her an invaluable asset to the organization. Danna has over 25 years of experience in Sales and is a BIV Top 40 Under 40 recipient.

Mary C. Ritchie ist eine äußerst angesehene Geschäftsfrau, die über 30 Jahre Erfahrung im öffentlichen, privaten und gemeinnützigen Sektor hat.

Frau Ritchie ist derzeit Präsidentin und Chief Executive Officer von Richford Holdings Ltd., einem Unternehmen für Buchhaltungs- und Investitionsberatungsdienste; Mitglied des Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants und Fellow des Institute of Chartered Accountants of Alberta; Vorsitzende der Financial Advisory Committees von RBC Funds Inc. und RBC Advisor Global Fund Inc. sowie Mitglied des Board of Directors von Industrial Alliance Ltd. und Alaris Royalty Corporation.

Patrick Turpin verfügt über fast 30 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung von Unternehmen der Konsumgüterindustrie in verschiedenen Bereichen der Wertschöpfungskette. Er ist eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die mehrere Einzelhandelsgeschäfte und Marken erfolgreich konzipiert und eingeführt hat.

Er war nicht nur Mitbegründer von Popchips, sondern auch leitender Angestellter bei Costco Wholesale, wo er mehrere strategische Initiativen leitete, einschließlich der Einführung des Tankstellengeschäfts von Costco und der Abteilung Executive Membership von Costco. Patrick leitete auch Costcos vertikal integriertes Eigenmarkengeschäft für Snack- und Süßwarenverpackungen.

Pablo Cussatti verfügt über 28 Jahre Erfahrung in den Bereichen Lebensmittelproduktion und -verarbeitung, von der Planung und dem Bau von Lebensmittelfabriken bis hin zur Leitung großer Lieferkettenbetriebe.

Derzeit ist Pablo Cussatti SVP of Manufacturing bei Ventura Foods und verantwortlich für 15 Produktionsanlagen zur Herstellung von Dressings, Saucen, Mayonnaise, Margarinen und Ölen.

Vor Ventura Foods leitete Pablo große Betriebe für Blue Apron, Pinnacle Foods, Pepsi Bottling Group und Dean Foods.

Er ist ein erfahrener Unternehmer mit einer nachgewiesenen Erfolgsbilanz beim Aufbau von Teams, die Sicherheit, Qualität, Service und Kosten im Lebensmittelbereich vorantreiben.
