جون ب. أ. بودريسكي
رئيس مجلس الإدارة التنفيذي | ماجستير في إدارة الأعمال | بكالوريوس في الهندسة.
ينضم جون ب. أ. بودريسكي إلى شركة EnWave بخبرة تزيد عن 30 عامًا من الخبرة الواسعة في أسواق رأس المال والإدارة التنفيذية. ويتمتع السيد بودريسكي بتاريخ مهني حافل في مجال تطوير وتسريع الأعمال التجارية، فضلاً عن خبرته الهندسية الملموسة.
وقد شغل سابقاً منصب نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة Cormark Securities Inc. من 2009 إلى 2012 والرئيس والمدير التنفيذي لشركة Orion Securities Inc. من 2005 إلى 2007، قبل بيعها بنجاح إلى بنك Macquarie. وقد شغل منصب العضو المنتدب لأسواق رأس المال السهمي ورئيس قسم الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية في شركة سكوتيا كابيتال إنك من مارس 1998 إلى فبراير 2005. وبعد أن بدأ حياته المهنية كمدير إداري لمجموعة الأسهم المؤسسية الأمريكية في شركة سكوتيا كابيتال شغل أيضًا مناصب عليا في الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية ومبيعات الأسهم والتداول في شركة RBC Dominion Securities.
يشغل جون بودريسكي حالياً منصب مدير شركة Sandstorm Gold Ltd. وشركة Nulegacy Gold Corporation. وهو أيضًا رئيس مجلس الإدارة التنفيذي لشركة Morien Resources Corp.

Brent Charleton, CFA is an accomplished business executive with extensive experience leading through periods of growth and transformation.
Currently serving as the CEO of EnWave Corporation, he is responsible for driving the company’s strategic direction, overseeing its operations and stewarding financial management.
At EnWave, Brent has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth by expanding its technology offerings and increasing its global footprint. He has led the company’s efforts to secure major royalty partnerships and commercial collaborations with industry leaders in food, pharmaceuticals, and cannabis.
Dylan Murray
Chief Financial Officer | CPA CA
Dylan Murray is a Chartered Professional Accountant and began his career with Ernst & Young. He has over ten years of progressive financial leadership with diversified experience in the real estate and cannabis industries, working in both public and private companies.
Dylan has extensive financial experience in the areas of financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, financial operations, capital markets, risk management, and transaction advisory services.
Dr. John Zhang
Chief Scientific Officer | Ph.D Food Nutrition & Health
Dr. Zhang is a seasoned R&D professional and well respected academic with 20 co-authored research papers and patents.
His educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Seafood Processing from Ocean University of China, a Master’s Degree in Food Microbiology from the University of Manitoba and a PhD in Food Nutrition and Health (FNH) from the University of British Columbia.
Dr. Zhang co-developed the microencapsulation method for enzymes using REV™ technology during his PhD studies.
Mehmet Sucu
Chief Engineer, P.Eng., MASc.
Mehmet Sucu is a registered Professional Engineer with EGBC. He has been with EnWave since 2011. During the time, he was holding various positions, currently leading the Electrical Engineering group as VP Electrical Engineering.
Before joining EnWave, Mehmet was in academia involving in various research and teaching activities. He has been published about 10 papers as a co-author on various journals and conferences.
Mehmet has a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Education from Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey. And also MASc. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of British Columbia in Vancouver, BC, Canada.
Danna Dunnage
Vice President, Global Sales & Business Development
Danna Dunnage is an accomplished business executive, and people-first leader renowned for her strategic vision and dynamic leadership, Danna began her sales career with Gordon Food Service where she progressed through multiple sales roles, becoming president of the British Columbia division. With extensive experience the food industry and in driving sales growth, Danna excels in identifying market opportunities and fostering key partnerships. Committed to excellence, Danna’s leadership is marked by her ability to inspire teams, build deep client relationships, and achieve outstanding results. Her dedication to business development and her passion for fostering connections make her an invaluable asset to the organization. Danna has over 25 years of experience in Sales and is a BIV Top 40 Under 40 recipient.

ماري سي ريتشي هي سيدة أعمال متميزة للغاية تتمتع بخبرة تزيد عن 30 عامًا من العمل في كل من القطاعين العام والخاص والقطاع غير الربحي.

باتريك توربين
المدير
يتمتع باتريك توربين بخبرة تقترب من 30 عاماً في قيادة مؤسسات السلع الاستهلاكية المعبأة في مجالات متعددة من سلسلة القيمة. وهو مدير تنفيذي كبير بارع نجح في وضع تصور وإطلاق العديد من شركات قنوات البيع بالتجزئة والعلامات التجارية.
وبالإضافة إلى مشاركته في تأسيس شركة Popchips، كان باتريك أيضًا مديرًا تنفيذيًا بارزًا في شركة Costco Wholesale حيث قاد العديد من المبادرات الاستراتيجية، بما في ذلك إطلاق أعمال محطات الوقود في Costco وقسم العضوية التنفيذية في Costco. كما أدار باتريك أيضًا أعمال كوستكو المتكاملة رأسيًا في مجال تغليف الوجبات الخفيفة والحلويات ذات العلامات التجارية الخاصة.
بابلو كوساتي
المدير
يتمتع بابلو كوساتي بخبرة 28 عاماً من الخبرة في عمليات الأغذية والتصنيع، بدءاً من هندسة وبناء مصانع الأغذية، إلى إدارة عمليات سلسلة التوريد الكبيرة.
يشغل بابلو حاليًا منصب نائب الرئيس الأول للتصنيع في شركة Ventura Foods، وهو مسؤول عن 15 منشأة تصنيع تنتج الضمادات والصلصات والمايونيز والسمن والزيوت.
وقبل عمله في شركة Ventura Foods، كان بابلو يدير عمليات كبيرة في شركات Blue Apron وPinnacle Foods وPepsi Bottling Group وDind Foods.
وهو مُشغِّل ذو خبرة كبيرة ولديه سجل حافل في بناء فرق عمل تعمل على تعزيز السلامة والجودة والخدمة والتكاليف في عمليات الأغذية.
