The Solution

BranchOut partnered with EnWave and scaled operations from one small batch machine to a full-fledged, continuous line factory in Peru, producing premium snacks nationwide without compromising quality.

Eric and Josh’s passion for preserving the essence of fresh produce led them to a very exciting partnership with EnWave Corporation. “REV technology immediately caught our attention due to its ability to dehydrate fruits and vegetables while preserving their original taste, texture, and nutrients – something we hadn’t seen with other methods.” Eric explains.

The BranchOut Foods journey began in 2018 with a modest 10kW R&D batch machine in Oregon City. As BranchOut’s product popularity soared, particularly with their Pineapple Chips in California, they quickly outgrew their initial setup. Demand from major retailers, including the nation’s largest warehouse club and grocery chains, pushed BranchOut to scale up rapidly. EnWave powered their path to growth.

As demand for our snacks grew, the ability to scale production without compromising quality allowed us to effectively expand into new markets and meet consumer needs.

To meet the growing demand, BranchOut invested in a 120kW commercial dehydrator from EnWave. But they didn’t stop there. The company has since established a large-scale factory in Peru, right in the heart of a tropical fruit and vegetable growing region. They’re now working closely with local farmers, ensuring access to the freshest produce possible. Thanks to REV technology, they’re able to preserve the vibrant colors, rich flavors, and essential nutrients of these fruits, transforming them into shelf-stable snacks now available across North America.
